HOW RITA ORA GETS THAT BODY

“I love my body because I have meat on my bones” Rita said in an recent interview, and she is all about the healthy lifestyle and workout. With a new album, clothing line and his acting skills on point, popstar Rita Ora will have wonderful year ahead. She appears on the cover of SHAPE magazine’s April issue, she told the magazine how she’s managed it all.

“This past year, I’ve really been on my game by eating the right and going to the gym,” Rita told SHAPE. “

She revealed her training routines, and that she is not punishing her body, but started seeing  exercising fun. To get the result’s she is mixing circuit training with squats, weightlifting and cardio for one to two hours per day. She also said “I didn’t start working out to be skinnier – I started working out to feel better.”

The positivity that her body – changes give her, it reflects on the upcoming album that is suppose to come out this summer.

“The album is done in a moving-forward way.” “It’s a positive, uplifting album”.
